India Red posters create flutter in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj

Maoist-poster

Odisha Sun Times Bureau Baripada, Nov 29: Surfacing of Maoist posters urging locals to observe PLGA week from December 2 to 8 in some areas under Jhadpokhria police limits in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district has caused panic among the locals. Maoist posters written in Hindi and Odia have been seen in Joka and Paktia localities under Jhadpokhria police limits.

Some of these posters are handwritten. Apart from urging locals to observe PLGA week, Maoists have opposed ‘Operation Green Hunt’. Similar posters have been also found in Chadehipahaji village under Rairangpur block. The Red rebels in the posters have appealed locals to observe PLGA week.
